Art, Policy and School Governance

Here is a link to the Arts Councils guide for Art Ed and a guide for school leaders. Its really important that each school has a Arts policy. I know it says Academies don't have to follow a National Curriculum, they still have to show a balanced curriculum. Whatever type of education facility it is, they should have policies to protect important subjects like art.
